Privacy Policy

DollarVid ("we," "us") turns short text prompts into 6-second AI-generated videos for $1 each. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and who we share it with. DollarVid is operated by an individual, not a registered company.

Information we collect

• Email address (and phone number, if you provide one at checkout) — used to create and identify your account. We never ask you to set a password.
• Video prompts you submit, and the videos generated from them.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Balance and transaction history — how much you've loaded, spent, and been refunded.

How we use it

We use your information only to run the service:

• Creating and managing your account and balance.
• Screening your prompt and turning it into a video, via the third parties listed below.
• Processing payments and refunds.
• Sending you a one-time sign-in link when you ask to sign in.

We do not sell your personal information, ever.

Third parties we use

• Stripe — processes payments and collects your email/phone at checkout.
• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and video file storage.
• Anthropic (Claude) — screens your prompt for policy violations and rewrites it into a more detailed video-generation prompt.
• Higgsfield (and the underlying video-generation models it routes to) — generates the actual video from your (refined) prompt.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy in order to provide their part of the service to us.

Cookies

We only use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We use Vercel Analytics for basic, aggregate traffic stats; it's cookieless and doesn't track you individually across sites.

Data retention

We keep your account, videos, and transaction history for as long as your account exists. Higgsfield and its underlying model providers may only guarantee generated files for a short window on their end (typically about a week), which is why we download and keep our own copy tied to your account as soon as a video finishes.

Your rights

You can ask us to see or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing serwinskiii@gmail.com. Deleting your account does not retroactively refund any balance already spent on successfully generated videos.

Children

DollarVid is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
